तस्मादत्र विधानेन स्नातव्यं पुत्रकांक्षया । आश्विने पौर्णमास्यां तु विशेषात्स्नानमाचरेत्

Transliteration

tasmādatra vidhānena snātavyaṃ putrakāṃkṣayā | āśvine paurṇamāsyāṃ tu viśeṣātsnānamācaret

Translation

Therefore, one should bathe here according to the prescribed rite, especially when longing for progeny; and on the full-moon day of the month of Āśvina, one should perform the bath with particular care.
