दानं श्रद्धास्वशक्तिभ्यां लक्ष्मीपूजा विशेषतः । तत्र स्नानेन दानेन लक्ष्मीप्रीत्यै विशेषतः
dānaṃ śraddhāsvaśaktibhyāṃ lakṣmīpūjā viśeṣataḥ | tatra snānena dānena lakṣmīprītyai viśeṣataḥ
One should give charity with faith, according to one’s capacity, and above all perform worship of Lakṣmī. In that sacred place, bathing and giving are done especially for the delight of Lakṣmī.
