brahmakūrcaṃ caredyastu somāṣṭamyāṃ vidhānataḥ | aghoreśvarasāṃnidhye aghoreṇābhimaṃtritam | ṣaḍabdasya mahattena prāyaścittaṃ kṛtaṃ bhavet
Whoever, in due manner, performs the Brahmakūrcha observance on Somāṣṭamī, in the presence of Aghoreśvara, consecrated with the Aghora mantra—by its greatness, expiation for six years is accomplished.
