राजोपचारयोगेन श्रद्धापूतेन चेतसा । पंचामृतेन संस्नाप्य सद्योजातेन पूजयेत्
rājopacārayogena śraddhāpūtena cetasā | paṃcāmṛtena saṃsnāpya sadyojātena pūjayet
With royal offerings, and with a mind purified by faith, having bathed (the liṅga) with pañcāmṛta, one should worship with the Sadyojāta mantra/hymn.
Śiva (deduced)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Somnātha/Prabhāsa)
Type: kshetra
Listener: (assembly of ṛṣis, e.g., Śaunaka and others)
Scene: A devotee performs pañcāmṛta-abhiṣeka to a black stone liṅga at Prabhāsa, surrounded by royal-style offerings—lamps, incense, cloth, flowers—while a priest recites Sadyojāta; the sea-breeze and coastal temple ambience are implied.
Devotion becomes potent when joined with śraddhā (faith), purity of mind, and scripturally guided worship.
Bhūteśvara in Prabhāsa Kṣetra, approached through formal Śaiva worship.
Perform pañcāmṛta abhiṣeka and worship using the Sadyojāta mantra, with rājopacāra-style offerings.
