गारुडं भूततंत्रं च खेचर्यो व्यंतरीस्तथा । ते सर्वे सह योगेन तस्माल्लिंगात्समुत्थिताः
gāruḍaṃ bhūtataṃtraṃ ca khecaryo vyaṃtarīstathā | te sarve saha yogena tasmālliṃgātsamutthitāḥ
The Garuḍa-lore and the disciplines dealing with spirits, as well as the Khecarīs and the Vyantarīs— all of these, together with yogic power, are said to have arisen from that very Liṅga.

Tirtha: Someśvara at Prabhāsa
Type: kshetra
Scene: A liṅga radiating streams that become scrolls of Garuḍa-lore and bhūta-tantra; yoginīs/khecarīs appear in the sky-path, while vyantarī beings hover at the margins, all subdued by the central Śiva-tejas.
The kṣetra’s sanctity is depicted as so intense that even specialized yogic and esoteric disciplines are traced back to the divine presence of the Liṅga.
The Someśvara Liṅga at Prabhāsa-kṣetra.
No explicit rite is stated; the focus is on the place’s inherent spiritual and yogic efficacy.
