मेरोः शक्या गुणा वक्तुं द्वीपानां च गुणास्तथा । समुद्राणां च सर्वेषां शक्या वक्तुं गुणाः प्रिये
meroḥ śakyā guṇā vaktuṃ dvīpānāṃ ca guṇāstathā | samudrāṇāṃ ca sarveṣāṃ śakyā vaktuṃ guṇāḥ priye
O beloved, one may be able to describe the qualities of Meru, and likewise the qualities of the continents, and even the qualities of all the oceans—
