Īśvara said: Then, O Great Goddess, one should go to the liṅga established by Śukra. O Goddess, it removes all sins and is situated to the west of Vibhūtīśvara.
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Śukra-pratiṣṭhita-liṅga (west of Vibhūtīśvara)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Śiva instructs Devī to proceed to the Śukra-pratiṣṭhita liṅga west of Vibhūtīśvara; a pilgrim path with directional markers and a small shrine near the coastal sacred zone of Prabhāsa.
Pilgrimage to specific Śaiva shrines in Prabhāsa is presented as a direct means of purification when done as dharmic practice.
The liṅga established by Śukra, located west of Vibhūtīśvara in Prabhāsakṣetra.
A pilgrimage instruction—‘one should go’ (gacchet) to worship the Śukra-established liṅga.
