संतर्प्य च पितॄन्देवान्पीत्वा स्वच्छमथोदकम् । ततोऽहं भार्यया प्रोक्तो गृहाणेमान्सरोरुहान्
saṃtarpya ca pitṝndevānpītvā svacchamathodakam | tato'haṃ bhāryayā prokto gṛhāṇemānsaroruhān
Having satisfied the Pitṛs and the gods with offerings and then drunk the clear water, my wife said to me, “Take these lotuses.”
