जरद्गवेशाद्दक्षिणे समुद्रोत्तरतस्तथा । एतद्वै कापिलं क्षेत्रं नापुण्यैः प्राप्यते नरैः
jaradgaveśāddakṣiṇe samudrottaratastathā | etadvai kāpilaṃ kṣetraṃ nāpuṇyaiḥ prāpyate naraiḥ
It is to the south of Jaradgaveśa and likewise to the north of the ocean. Truly, this is the Kāpila sacred region, not attained by men who are devoid of merit.
