Transliteration

vedadhvanitanirghoṣairdivaṃ bhūmiṃ ca saṃspṛśan | suśubhe maṃḍapastatra patākābhiralaṃkṛtaḥ

Translation

With the resounding reverberation of Vedic chants seeming to touch both heaven and earth, the pavilion there shone brilliantly, adorned with banners.
