ekameva purā hyāsīdbrahmāṇḍaṃ śatakoṭidhā
Translation
Formerly, indeed, the Brahmāṇḍa (the cosmic “egg”/Purāṇa) was one alone—yet in extent it measured a hundred koṭis.
