उक्त्वा बाढमिति ब्रह्मा ततः सृष्टौ मनो दधे । ससर्ज मानसात्सद्यः सनकाद्यान्कुमारकान् । उवाच वचनं ब्रह्मा प्रजाः सृजत पुत्रकाः
uktvā bāḍhamiti brahmā tataḥ sṛṣṭau mano dadhe | sasarja mānasātsadyaḥ sanakādyānkumārakān | uvāca vacanaṃ brahmā prajāḥ sṛjata putrakāḥ
Saying, “So be it,” Brahmā then set his mind upon creation. From his mind he at once produced the youthful sages beginning with Sanaka, and Brahmā said to them: “My sons, create beings.”
