एवमुक्तो गुरुर्द्देवैर्ध्यात्वा कालं चिरं नृप । ततस्तांस्त्रिदशान्प्राह जीवयन्निव भूपतेः
evamukto gururddevairdhyātvā kālaṃ ciraṃ nṛpa | tatastāṃstridaśānprāha jīvayanniva bhūpateḥ
Thus addressed by the gods, their guru pondered for a long while, O King. Then he spoke to those thirty (i.e., the gods), as though reviving them with hope, O lord of the earth.
