punarvijñāpayāmāsa naṃdinā himavāngiriḥ | vijñapto naṃdinā śaṃbhuracalo draṣṭumāgataḥ
Again Himavān, the Mountain, conveyed his request through Nandin. Informed by Nandin, Śambhu—though unmoving in tapas—acknowledged the one who had come to see Him.
