Transliteration

paraṃ bhāvaṃ samāśritya jaganmaṃgalamaṃgalā | tuṣṭyarthaṃ ca maheśasya tatāpa paramaṃ tapaḥ

Translation

Taking refuge in the highest spiritual intent, the Auspicious One who brings auspiciousness to the worlds undertook supreme austerity to satisfy Maheśa.
