śrīnārada uvāca | evamukte bhagavatā hārītādyā dvijottamāḥ | mūrtiṃ saṃsthāpayāmāsurvedoditavidhānataḥ
Śrī Nārada said: When the Lord had spoken thus, the best of the twice-born sages—Hārīta and the others—installed the sacred icon, in accordance with the rites enjoined in the Vedas.
Nārada
Tirtha: Jayāditya
Type: kshetra
Scene: Nārada narrates as Hārīta and other sages perform formal installation: altar, kumbha, sacred fires, mantras, and the icon being set upon a pedestal with ritual implements arranged.
Sacred worship becomes firmly grounded when images are established through Vedic procedure and dhārmic discipline.
The verse focuses on the act of installation at the sacred locale mentioned in the surrounding narrative; the tīrtha name is not stated in this line.
Mūrti-pratiṣṭhā (installation of an icon) performed according to Veda-ordained rites (vedodita-vidhi).
