sthānaṃ didṛkṣustaccāhaṃ na śakto'smi nivoditum | tataḥ paramamityuktvā gatavānpitṛbhiḥ saha

Devaśarmā
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devaśarmā, unable to refuse, rises and follows the delighted Pitṛs; they gesture toward an unseen luminous path; the shoreline fades as a radiant corridor opens.
Righteous rites can open the way to higher spiritual insight—symbolized by being led to the Pitṛs’ realm.
The ‘parama sthāna’ of the Pitṛs (their sacred abode), introduced as a realm reached through merit.
No new rite; it presents the fruit (phala) of prior śrāddha/tarpaṇa—access to ancestral realms.
