utkṣipya bāhuṃ tvasakṛdbravīmi trayīmaye'smiṃstrayameva sāram | viśveśa liṃgaṃ maṇikarṇikāṃbu kāśīpurī satyamidaṃ trisatyam
Raising My arm, I declare again and again: in this realm formed of the three Vedas, these three alone are the essence—Viśveśvara’s Liṅga, the waters of Maṇikarṇikā, and the city of Kāśī. This is truth—triple truth.
Śiva (contextual proclamation)
Kāśī’s spiritual core is summarized as a triad—deity (Viśveśvara), tīrtha (Maṇikarṇikā), and kṣetra (Kāśī itself)—as the concentrated essence of Vedic sanctity.
Kāśīpurī and Maṇikarṇikā, with Viśveśvara Liṅga as the presiding sacred center.
Implicitly: worship of Viśveśvara, reverence for Maṇikarṇikā waters (snāna/ācaman), and pilgrimage-residence in Kāśī.
