कृतघ्नोपि भ्रूणहापि वृषलीपतिरेव वा । मातापितृगुरुत्यागी वह्निदो गरदोपि वा
kṛtaghnopi bhrūṇahāpi vṛṣalīpatireva vā | mātāpitṛgurutyāgī vahnido garadopi vā
Even an ingrate, even a slayer of an embryo, or one who takes a low-born woman as wife; one who abandons mother, father, and teacher; an arsonist; or even a poisoner—(all are included in this reckoning of grievous sinners).
