Transliteration

jyeṣṭhaśuklacaturdaśyāṃ somavārānurādhayoḥ | tatparvaṇi mahāyātrā kartavyā tatra mānavaiḥ

Translation

On the fourteenth day of the bright fortnight of Jyeṣṭha—when it is Monday and the nakṣatra is Anurādhā—on that sacred festival occasion, people should undertake the great pilgrimage there.
