नाममात्रस्मृतिकृतां त्रैलोक्यैश्वर्यपूरक । नमः प्रमथनाथाय पिनाकोद्यतपाणये
nāmamātrasmṛtikṛtāṃ trailokyaiśvaryapūraka | namaḥ pramathanāthāya pinākodyatapāṇaye
O Fulfiller of the sovereignty of the three worlds for those who gain merit by mere remembrance of Your Name—salutations to the Lord of the Pramathas, salutations to Him whose hand is raised with the bow Pināka.
Skanda (deduced for Kāśī Khaṇḍa context: Skanda to Agastya)
Tirtha: Kāśī (Viśveśvara/Avimukta)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Ṛṣi audience / pilgrims
Scene: Śiva as Pramathanātha surrounded by gaṇas/pramathas in reverent attendance; His hand raised holding Pināka, yet His face remains compassionate; a devotee repeats His name, with luminous syllables emanating outward as ‘aiśvarya’.
Śiva’s name-remembrance itself is presented as a potent dharmic act that yields divine merit and worldly-spiritual fulfillment.
Within the Kāśīkhaṇḍa frame, the teaching supports Kāśī as the premier place for Śiva-nāma and Śiva-bhakti, though no single tirtha is named.
Nāma-smaraṇa (remembering/reciting Śiva’s name) is implicitly praised as a practice with great fruit.
