दिव्यांबरा दिव्यगंधा दिव्यज्ञानसमन्विता । समया मां सदैवास्तां चंचच्चामरधारिणी
divyāṃbarā divyagaṃdhā divyajñānasamanvitā | samayā māṃ sadaivāstāṃ caṃcaccāmaradhāriṇī
Clad in divine garments, bearing divine fragrance, endowed with divine knowledge—may she remain with me always at the appointed time, holding the swiftly waving cāmara, the yak-tail fan, in devoted service.
Śrī Devī (Pārvatī)
Scene: A radiant attendant-maiden arrives at the appointed time, wafting a yak-tail fan; divine garments and fragrance surround her, suggesting sanctified service.
Divinity is expressed through purity, wisdom, and seva (attentive service), portrayed here as constant, timely devotion.
The broader Kāśī setting frames the narrative; this verse highlights qualities rather than a location.
No formal rite; it depicts devotional service (upacāra) through the cāmara.
