Free from death and every limitation; accomplisher of reverent salutations; fulfiller of wishes born of meritorious deeds; Bearer of the serpent. Your left side is bestowed upon the Mountain-Lord’s daughter, yet by Your own body You pervade and fill the entire universe.
Aṅgiras
Tirtha: Kāśī (Viśveśvara)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Ṛṣi-assembly (typical)
Scene: Śiva stands radiant, serpent as ornament, crescent moon above; Pārvatī is shown on His left side (or as Ardhanārīśvara suggestion). Behind, a cosmic panorama indicates His body filling the universe—stars, rivers, beings within His aura.
Śiva is both intimate (sharing form with the Goddess) and infinite (pervading all worlds), transcending mortality.
Kāśī is the implied sacred arena where the deathless Lord is worshiped as Viśveśvara.
Meritorious worship (kṛti) and salutations (nati) are praised as wish-fulfilling when offered to Śiva.
