bhālanetrā nīlagalāḥ śuddhāṃgā vṛṣabhadhvajāḥ | asaṃkhyātāḥ sahasrāṇi ye rudrā adhibhūtalam
They bear the eye upon the brow, blue throats, pure bodies, and the banner of the bull. Countless thousands of Rudras are there upon the earth-plane.
