महादारिद्र्यमग्नस्य महापापहतस्य च । महाशोकविनष्टस्य महारोगातुरस्य च
mahādāridryamagnasya mahāpāpahatasya ca | mahāśokavinaṣṭasya mahārogāturasya ca
(Be gracious) to one sunk in great poverty, and to one struck down by grievous sin; to one ruined by overwhelming sorrow, and to one afflicted by terrible disease.
