Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 164

ये प्राप्य दुर्लभतरं मनुजाः शरीरं कुर्वंति हंत परमेश्वरपादपूजाम् । धन्यास्त एव निजपुण्यजितत्रिलोकास्तेषां पदांबुजरजो भुवनं पुनाति

Transliteration

ye prāpya durlabhataraṃ manujāḥ śarīraṃ kurvaṃti haṃta parameśvarapādapūjām | dhanyāsta eva nijapuṇyajitatrilokāsteṣāṃ padāṃbujarajo bhuvanaṃ punāti

Translation

Those humans who, having obtained this exceedingly rare human body, alas, perform worship at the feet of the Supreme Lord—blessed indeed are they. By their own merit they have conquered the three worlds; the dust of the lotus-feet of such devotees purifies the entire world.
