Transliteration

devatānāṃ maharṣīṇāṃ śāpena ca vareṇa ca | ayuktamapi yatkarma yujyate nātra saṃśayaḥ

Translation

By the curse and also by the boon of the gods and great seers, even an act that seems improper can become fitting—of this there is no doubt.
