शक्तितत्त्ववर्णनम् / Exposition of the Principle of Śakti
अनया सह सर्वेशः सप्तविंशप्रकारया । विश्वं व्याप्य स्थितस्तस्मान्मुक्तिरत्र प्रवर्तते
anayā saha sarveśaḥ saptaviṃśaprakārayā | viśvaṃ vyāpya sthitastasmānmuktiratra pravartate
Together with this power, the Lord of all (Sarveśa) abides, pervading the entire universe in twenty-seven modes; therefore, liberation (mukti) is set in motion here.

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: liberating
It teaches that Śiva (Pati), united with His manifesting power, pervades all existence in ordered modes; realizing this all-pervasion loosens bondage (pāśa) and becomes the basis for mokṣa.
The Liṅga is the accessible Saguna focus through which the devotee contemplates the Nirguna-all-pervading Śiva; by worshipping the Liṅga while understanding His universal pervasion, liberation is ‘set in motion’.
Practice Śiva-dhyāna on the all-pervading Lord while doing japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya); this aligns the mind with Śiva’s pervasive presence, supporting release from pāśa.
