Cosmic Measures and the Arrangement of the Heavenly Spheres

Sanatkumāra said: “O lord among sages, above the cosmic egg (brahmāṇḍa) there are worlds. Listen to them in particular; I have come here to tell you of them.”
Sanatkumara
Tattva Level: pashu
Role: teaching
Cosmic Event: affirmation of trans-brahmāṇḍic lokas (lokas beyond the cosmic egg)
It introduces a higher cosmological teaching: realities exist beyond the brahmāṇḍa, pointing the seeker beyond limited worldly identity toward the Shaiva aim of liberation under Pati (Śiva).
By situating all worlds within a graded cosmic order, it implies that Saguna worship (including Liṅga-upāsanā) purifies and elevates the soul through these planes, ultimately leading toward Śiva, the supreme Pati beyond all lokas.
The verse itself is a call to śravaṇa (attentive listening) to sacred teaching; as a practical takeaway, combine scriptural listening with japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) as a steady contemplative discipline.
