Description of the Supreme State / One’s True Attainment
तथा च लोकपालानामस्त्राण्येतानि यानि च । अद्राक्षं तानि सर्वाणि भगवद्रुद्रपार्श्वतः
tathā ca lokapālānāmastrāṇyetāni yāni ca | adrākṣaṃ tāni sarvāṇi bhagavadrudrapārśvataḥ
Likewise, all the weapons belonging to the Lokapālas, the guardians of the worlds—I saw them all stationed at the side of Bhagavān Rudra.
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Rudra
It highlights Rudra as the supreme Pati (Lord), in whom even the protective powers of the Lokapālas are gathered—teaching that ultimate refuge and protection are in Śiva, not merely in subsidiary cosmic authorities.
Seeing all divine weapons near Bhagavān Rudra supports Saguna Śiva worship—approaching Śiva as the personal Lord who holds and transcends all powers; in Linga worship, this same supremacy is revered in the symbol of the all-pervading Lord.
A practical takeaway is śaraṇāgati (taking refuge) through japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” meditating on Śiva as the inner protector beyond all external safeguards.
