एकोनविंशतिशिवावतारवर्णनम्

Description of the Nineteen Manifestations/Avatāras of Śiva

इति द्विचत्वारिंशावताराः

iti dvicatvāriṃśāvatārāḥ

Thus are concluded the forty-two incarnations (manifest forms) of Lord Rudra-Śiva.
