The Account of Śambhu’s Incarnation that Dispels Doubts Concerning Women
य एतच्छ्रृणुयान्नित्यं श्रावयेद्वा समाहितः । स भुक्त्वेहाखिलान्कामान्सोन्ते शिवपुरम्व्रजेत्
ya etacchrṛṇuyānnityaṃ śrāvayedvā samāhitaḥ | sa bhuktvehākhilānkāmānsonte śivapuramvrajet
Whoever regularly listens to this sacred account, or, with a concentrated mind, causes it to be heard by others—having enjoyed here all desirable fulfillments, in the end goes to Śiva’s abode, Śivapura.

The verse emphasizes devotional engagement with Śiva’s manifest (saguṇa) glory through Purāṇic hearing/recitation; such bhakti supports steady remembrance of Śiva—often expressed in practice through Liṅga worship, pūjā, and scripture-recitation in Śiva temples.
Regular śravaṇa/pāṭha (listening to or reciting the Śiva Purāṇa) with samādhāna (focused attention), and arranging recitations for others—especially on auspicious days like Mondays or Mahāśivarātri.
