Listen daily to the sacred Śaiva narrative, and always speak of the Śaiva narrative. With great effort and reverence, honor the devotees of Śiva again and again.

Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
It teaches a Shaiva path of liberation rooted in śravaṇa (listening), kīrtana (speaking the Lord’s glory), and sevā (reverent service)—especially honoring Shiva’s devotees, which purifies the mind and strengthens bhakti toward Pati (Shiva).
By urging constant Shaiva kathā and repeated honoring of Shiva-bhaktas, it supports Saguna worship in lived form: devotion expressed through remembrance, praise, and community practice that naturally culminates in Linga-pūjā and temple-centered devotion.
Regular śravaṇa-kathā (daily hearing/reading of Shiva Purana), kīrtana or japa-like recitation of Shiva’s glories, and bhakta-pūjā (service to devotees); these can be paired with Panchakshara japa (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) as a steady daily discipline.
