She is Bhāvinī—ever becoming auspicious; the beloved of Śambhu; always gracious and favorable to Hari. She is a great chaste and holy lady, firm in noble vows, and an increaser of the happiness of her parents.

The verse praises Pārvatī as the ideal Śakti—pure in conduct, steady in vows, and naturally auspicious—showing that true spiritual power expresses itself as dharma, compassion, and harmony, leading beings toward Shiva’s grace.
By naming her as Śambhu’s beloved and supremely virtuous, the text presents Saguna Shiva worship as inseparable from honoring Śakti’s qualities—purity, vrata, and devotion—which mature the devotee’s mind for reverence of the Liṅga and Shiva’s compassionate form.
Adopt a simple vrata (disciplined observance) with bhakti—daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and a vow of purity and truthfulness—mirroring the “suvratā” quality praised in the verse.
