एवंभूतः कृतस्तेन मण्डपो दिव्यरूपवान् । अनेकाश्चर्यसम्भूतो महान्देवविमोहनः
evaṃbhūtaḥ kṛtastena maṇḍapo divyarūpavān | anekāścaryasambhūto mahāndevavimohanaḥ
Thus, by him that pavilion was constructed, of a truly divine appearance—arisen with many wondrous features, vast in splendour, and so enchanting that it could captivate even the gods.

A maṇḍapa is a traditional setting for saguna upāsanā—ritual worship with form—supporting offerings, mantra, and darśana; such ordered sacred architecture helps the devotee focus on Shiva’s accessible, worshipful manifestation.
It implies preparing a clean, consecrated worship space for Shiva-pūjā—ideally with mantra-japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and attentive, reverent contemplation during rites.
