When true knowledge is fully attained, liberation is assured—this is certain. Therefore, whoever is truly wise should always worship Śambhu alone.

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Significance: Affirms that mokṣa is certain when true knowledge (jñāna) is perfected and directed to Śambhu; encourages Śiva-bhajana as the sure means to liberation.
It teaches that perfected spiritual knowledge culminates in moksha, and that the mark of genuine wisdom is unwavering devotion to Śambhu (Śiva), the supreme Pati who grants liberation.
Even when aiming at liberating knowledge, the Purana emphasizes continual worship of Śiva; in practice this is commonly expressed through Saguna upāsanā such as Liṅga-pūjā, which purifies the mind and supports the rise of liberating jñāna.
The takeaway is steady daily bhajana of Śiva—especially japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and regular Liṅga worship—performed with the intent of maturing knowledge into liberation.
