Śiva-jñāna and the Non-dual Vision of a Śiva-maya Universe (शिवज्ञानम्—सर्वं शिवमयम्)
इति ज्ञानं सदा ज्ञेयं सर्वं शिवमयं जगत् । शिवः सर्वमयो ज्ञेयस्सर्वज्ञेन विपश्चिता
iti jñānaṃ sadā jñeyaṃ sarvaṃ śivamayaṃ jagat | śivaḥ sarvamayo jñeyassarvajñena vipaścitā
Thus this knowledge should always be known: the entire universe is pervaded by Śiva. Śiva, who is present as all, is to be realized by the wise seer who knows the truth of all.

It teaches the Shaiva insight that liberation-oriented knowledge is the steady recognition that all existence is permeated by Shiva, and that the wise should directly realize Shiva as the underlying reality of the entire world.
Linga worship trains the mind to perceive Shiva’s presence in a concrete sacred form; this verse extends that devotion into a universal vision—seeing the same Shiva, worshipped in the Linga, as present in all beings and all worlds.
Regular japa of the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with contemplation that “all is Shivamaya,” supported by simple daily Shiva-puja (and, where practiced, Tripuṇḍra bhasma and Rudraksha) to stabilize this all-pervading awareness.
