गौतमस्य शिवदर्शनं पापक्षयवचनं च | Gautama’s Vision of Śiva and the Teaching on Sin and Purification
शिव उवाच । धन्योऽसि कृतकृत्योऽसि निष्पापोऽसि सदा मुने । एतैर्दुष्टैः किल त्वं च च्छलितोऽसि खिलात्मभिः
śiva uvāca | dhanyo'si kṛtakṛtyo'si niṣpāpo'si sadā mune | etairduṣṭaiḥ kila tvaṃ ca cchalito'si khilātmabhiḥ
Śiva said: “Blessed are you; your life’s purpose is fulfilled; you are ever sinless, O sage. Yet indeed you have been deceived by these wicked ones of perverse disposition.”
