Shiva Form: Mahādeva
It teaches that sincere devotion (sadbhakti) to Śiva, focused through Liṅga worship, becomes a direct means to attain siddhi—culminating in grace and liberation—regardless of one’s worldly identity.
The verse presents the Liṅga as Saguna Śiva’s accessible form in the world: a consecrated presence that receives devotion and returns divine favor, making pilgrimage and worship a practical path to Śiva’s grace.
Perform Liṅga-pūjā and abhiṣeka with steady sadbhakti while repeating the Pañcākṣarī mantra (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), treating the Liṅga as Śiva’s living presence and dedicating the fruits to liberation.
