स्वस्मात्परात्मविरहादद्वितीयोऽहमेव हि । सर्वं खल्विदं ब्रह्मेति वाक्यार्थः पूर्व्वमीरितः

Because there is no separation of the Supreme Self from one’s own Self, I alone am truly non-dual. Thus, the purport of the great statement—“Indeed, all this is Brahman”—has been declared earlier.
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Mantra: sarvaṃ khalvidaṃ brahma
Role: teaching
It teaches that liberation arises from realizing the inseparability of the individual self from the Supreme Reality; the universe is not outside Brahman, and the sense of separation is the root of bondage.
Linga-worship begins with Saguna devotion to Shiva as the Lord (Pati) and matures into inner realization: the same Shiva is present as the Self and as the ground of all beings—‘all this is Brahman.’
Meditate on Shiva within through japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) while contemplating non-separation from the Supreme; support this with Shaiva observances like bhasma (Tripuṇḍra) and Rudraksha as aids to steadiness and remembrance.
