Transliteration
cíttir apā́ṃ dáme viśvā́yuḥ sádmeva dhī́rāḥ sammā́ya cakruḥ ॥
Translation
In the home of the Waters is the conscious discerning (citti) of the all-life; the wise, as if in a settled house, have built the harmony (māyā) together.
