ततस्तेवानराःसर्वेशोणितौघपरिप्लुताः ।।।।ध्वजवर्मरथानश्वान्नानाप्रहरणानि च ।आप्लुत्याप्लुत्यसमरेवानरेन्द्राबभञ्चिरे ।।।।

Transliteration

tatas te vānarāḥ sarve śoṇitaugha-pariplutāḥ |

dhvaja-varma-rathān aśvān nānā-praharaṇāni ca |

āplutyāplutya samare vānarendrā babhañcire ||

Translation

Then all the vānaras, drenched in streams of blood, leapt again and again in the battle; and the leaders of the vānaras smashed banners, armour, chariots, horses, and weapons of many kinds.

Leaping and jumping the Vanaras and also the leaders of Vanaras bathed in blood broke all kinds of weapons, staff of chariots and the horses.
