Then Saumitri (Lakṣmaṇa), with the shafts removed and pain gone, returned to his natural condition; in a moment his feverish anguish vanished, and he rejoiced there.
Then heroic Lakshmana coming close to the great self-Raghava, in shaking tone (being tired) reported" Indrajith is killed."
Dharma is sustained through restoration and readiness: Lakṣmaṇa’s recovery signifies that strength is to be regained for righteous service, not for ego or conquest.
Lakṣmaṇa’s wounds and pain are removed; he rapidly returns to full vitality and becomes joyful.
Resilient devotion—Lakṣmaṇa’s renewed steadiness to continue supporting Rāma’s cause.
