Today, the arrows released from my bow, having pierced Rāvaṇa’s son, will descend upon Laṅkā just as swans dive into a lotus pond.
Now the arrows released from my bow will drop in Lanka, just as swans descend into lotus pond and pierce into Ravana's son.
Lakshmana compares the swift descent of his arrows into Lanka, after piercing Indrajit, to the graceful yet decisive dive of swans entering a lotus pond.
The term 'Rāvaṇim' translates to 'the son of Ravana,' referring specifically to Indrajit (Meghanada), whom Lakshmana is determined to eliminate in battle.
