Shloka 6.76.69

युद्धे अङ्गद-मैन्द-द्विविद-राक्षसयुद्धम्; कुम्भस्य प्रादुर्भावः तथा सुग्रीवेण पराभवः (Sarga 76: Angada and the Vanara chiefs battle Kampana, Prajaṅgha, Yūpākṣa, Śoṇitākṣa; Kumbha enters and is checked by Sugrīva)

निर्भिद्यमानस्सहसासहमानश्चतान् शरान् ।।।।कुम्भस्यधनुराक्षिप्यबभञ्जेन्द्रधनुष्प्रभम् ।

nirbhidyamānaḥ sahasā sahamānaś ca tān śarān | kumbhasya dhanur ākṣipya babhañjendra-dhanuṣprabham ||

Though being pierced and enduring those arrows, he suddenly seized Kumbha’s bow—shining like Indra’s rainbow—and snapped it.

He snatched the bow of Kumbha forcibly which was like Indra's rainbow, pulled it and broke, while tolerating the pain of the arrows.

Kṣānti with resolve: enduring pain without abandoning one’s duty, and acting decisively to neutralize harm.

Despite being struck by arrows, Sugrīva closes in, grabs Kumbha’s bow, and breaks it to blunt the enemy’s attack.
