रथानश्वान् द्रुमैश्शैलैस्तेप्रचिक्षिपुराहवे ।शरौघैःप्रतिचिच्छेदतान्यूपाक्षोनिशाचरः ।।।।
rathān aśvān drumaiḥ śailais te pracikṣipur āhave | śaraughaiḥ praticiccheda tān yūpākṣo niśācaraḥ ||
In that battle they hurled trees and rocks at chariots and horses; but Yūpākṣa, the night-roamer, cut them apart with volleys of arrows.
