विदीर्णनयनेभूमौगतसत्त्वेगतायुषि ।।।।पतितेराक्षसेतस्मिन् विद्रुतंराक्षसंबलम् ।

Transliteration

vidīrṇanayane bhūmau gatasattve gatāyuṣi |

patite rākṣase tasmin vidrutaṃ rākṣasaṃ balam ||

Translation

When that Rākṣasa fell to the ground—his eyes crushed, his strength spent, his life gone—the host of Rākṣasas broke and fled.
