अकम्पन-प्रेषणम् तथा कपि-राक्षस-रणवर्णनम् (Akampana Dispatched; The Vanara–Rakshasa Battle and Omens)

नहिकम्पयितुंशक्यःसुरैरपिमहामृधे ।।।।अकम्पनस्ततस्तेषामादित्यइवतेजसा ।

na hi kampayituṁ śakyaḥ surair api mahāmṛdhe | akampanas tatas teṣām āditya iva tejasā ||

In that great battle, Akampana could not be made to waver even by the gods; among them he blazed with radiance like the sun.

Akampana who, possibly could not be shaken in war by suras shone like the sun in that manner.

A
Akampana
S
Suras (gods)
Ā
Āditya (Sun)

Power and brilliance are not themselves Dharma; the verse implicitly separates mere martial might from righteousness, preparing the reader to judge strength by its purpose and alignment with Satya.

The narrator introduces Akampana’s formidable presence on the battlefield, emphasizing his apparent invincibility and radiance.

Fearlessness/steadfastness (akampatva—‘unshakability’) as a martial trait, though ethically neutral until directed toward righteous ends.
