Under Nīla’s guidance, the army was duly arrayed, with its own guards set in place, and it was properly encamped on the ocean’s northern shore.
Nila settled the army successfully by making them reside on the northern shore of the sea, as per tradition.
Duty is fulfilled through organized stewardship—protecting one’s people and maintaining discipline even before battle begins.
The army’s camp is established at the ocean’s edge, indicating a strategic halt and preparation.
Protectiveness joined with method (security plus procedure).
