Thereupon Vibhīṣaṇa, having stationed all the divisions, hurried to where Rāghava was, mace in hand.
"In a mortal world I can look for a woman like Sita but not possible to find a helpful and capable brother."
Dharma as responsible leadership: one secures the larger force first (order and protection), then rushes to support the righteous leader in crisis.
Vibhīṣaṇa organizes troop positions and then quickly goes to Rāma, prepared for combat.
Alert service and strategic responsibility: Vibhīṣaṇa combines practical command with loyal support.
